What You’re Responsible For

You must review the tax calculation shown at checkout — it reflects applicable rates (0%–30%) based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations. You assume full risk when using third-party tools linked from our site or visiting external websites. MOVENTAO does not monitor, control, or endorse those resources.
Any submission you make — including ideas, suggestions, or materials — becomes MOVENTAO’s sole property. We may use it without compensation, attribution, or confidentiality obligations. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOVENTAO and its partners against claims arising directly from your breach of these Terms.

What We’re Responsible For
MOVENTAO calculates taxes automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax rules. We do not set or override those rates — they reflect legal requirements where your order is delivered.
We provide access to our website and products “as is” and “as available.” This means we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or merchantability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVENTAO excludes liability for lost profits, data loss, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the site or products.
We retain the right to limit or cancel orders we reasonably believe are placed by resellers, distributors, or in quantities exceeding what is reasonable per household.

Where Responsibilities Overlap
You and MOVENTAO share responsibility for lawful, good-faith use of the service. That includes respecting intellectual property rights, avoiding automated scraping or abuse, and refraining from transmitting harmful code.
If your order triggers a review under our reseller or quantity limits, we will act in good faith — but final determination rests with MOVENTAO. You retain the right to dispute such decisions by contacting us directly.
The governing law for this agreement is the United Kingdom. This applies regardless of your location, but does not override mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

How This Agreement Ends
MOVENTAO may terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. No notice or explanation is required beyond the fact of noncompliance.
Your continued use of the site after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. There is no separate opt-in — action confirms agreement.

What Happens If Things Go Wrong
If something goes wrong due to your actions — like submitting false information or violating usage restrictions — MOVENTAO may suspend your account or cancel pending orders without refund.
If something goes wrong due to MOVENTAO’s failure — such as misrepresenting product availability or miscalculating taxes — we will correct the issue promptly, subject to verification and reasonable evidence.
Neither party waives rights or remedies by delay or omission in enforcement. A failure to enforce one provision does not affect enforceability of others.

Keeping These Terms Current
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes take effect, we will post the revised version here. Significant updates — such as material changes to liability, indemnification, or governing law — will be communicated via email to registered users where possible.
